Vermont Chief Technology Officer Tom Evslin is retiring from state government, again.
The 67-year-old Evslin was lured out or retirement by Gov. Jim Douglas in March 2009 to become the state’s chief recovery officer and oversee Vermont’s use of stimulus grants and applications for competitive stimulus grants.
